About the project
Studio Visual was chosen to update Direcional’s website, aligning it with the company’s new visual style, which was not reflected in the previous version. The project focused on enhancing user experience, providing a more intuitive navigation for viewing developments and galleries, and making it easier to contact the company, strengthening its connection with customers.

Goals
In its four decades of history, the construction company Direcional has developed an extensive portfolio of projects. Its work in social projects subsidized by the government marks its commitment to the fight for the right to decent housing, and has made it a reference in executing real estate ventures across all three segments of the programa Casa Verde e Amarela.
Our main goal was to attract more customers while reinforcing the company’s identity. We worked to improve the mobile user experience and update the website’s appearance, aligning it with the brand’s new visual identity—always with a focus on winning more customers.
Approaches
We analyzed access data for Direcional, including the types of devices used (desktop, mobile, etc.), and conducted A/B tests to identify the best practices for users.
Based on the previous website, we used heat maps and other tools to understand the challenges faced by customers. With this information, we implemented strategic improvements in the new site to optimize the user experience.
Additionally, the website was integrated with Facebook Ads, allowing the developments to be showcased on the social network.
